Following your treatment, you will be provided with full aftercare instructions and an aftercare kit. Key advice includes:
Mild swelling, redness or tenderness is common and should ease within days to weeks
Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for one week post-treatment
No swimming, saunas or jacuzzis until injection points are fully healed
Drink 2–3 litres of water daily to support the filler’s integration
Massage the treated areas only when advised by your practitioner
Paracetamol can be used for any discomfort (avoid ibuprofen or anti-inflammatory pain relief)
