Is there a limit on the refer a friend discounts?

No, there is no limit to the amount of discount you can accumulate, once your friend has successfully booked their appointment your personal discount code will be valid.

If my friend cancels will I still receive my discount?

Yes, however if they do not rearrange within 24 hours of their appointment your friend will lose their £30 deposit.

What do I do if I can’t make my appointment?

To rearrange your appointment contact us. To Cancel your appointment go to Go to My Account > Orders then View the treatment and click Cancel.
Note £30 of amount paid is considered a deposit for that slot and is non refundable under any circumstances, however it can be credited towards another slot if rearranged 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid having to pay another £25 deposit for a new slot.

Deposit aside, is there a refund available for the rest of the treatment cost?

If you need to cancel before the treatment without rearranging you can receive a full refund minus the deposit, however there are no refunds post treatment, we offer free follow up to alleviate any concerns you may have following treatment.

Can I have any treatments if I am under 18?

No, customers are also encouraged to bring ID to show proof of age upon request, if this is not possible then treatment will not be able to commence until age has been verified.

What is the difference between reserving a time slot and a consultation?

Reserving a time slot is for clients who know what treatment they want but want to pay on the day (NOTE – All treatments must be paid before treatment can commence), this guarantees the treatment will be completed in that time slot. Consultations are for clients who are unsure what treatment they need, however we cannot guarantee the treatment they pick can be done in that time slot due to the amount of time the consultation could take.
